Discount Tire

I went online and set an appointment for this visit. When I arrived, they were extremely busy. I was acknowledged and told my wait time would be under 5 minutes. Once I was promptly checked in, I proceeded to the waiting area. My overall wait time was approximately 25 minutes before the service on my vehicle was completed. During that time, I was informed on what the inspection findings were and asked what actions I wished to pursue. The process was efficient and professional as always. I enjoy my experience at this establishment for those reasons as well as their wonderful pricing and courteous conduct.

Ordered online, dropped off, went shopping with my husband, but it was completed in about an hour. Had a great conversation with my check-in person Evan. When I came to pick up I was helped and out of there very quickly. Fast professional and very convenient. Great job everyone!

Good experience with Discount Tires in Springfield. Employees were prompt and courtesy. I would advise to schedule an appointment if possible as they came become very busy. Fortunately I had scheduled an appointment online and had my new set of tires and sensors installed within 1 hour.

Had an excellent experience at Discount Tire this morning while on a road trip. I noticed a piece of metal in one of my tires last night, so I arrived before opening to make sure I could get back on the road quickly. The team helped me immediately, got my truck in right away, inspected the tire, removed the metal, verified there was no leak, and had everything back together and ready to go in about 30 minutes. Everyone was friendly, professional, and worked with a real sense of urgency without making me feel rushed. I also have the tire warranty, so everything was covered with zero hassle. Smooth, fast, and genuinely great service. I left a very happy customer and really appreciated how well the team handled everything.

I walked in with a nail in my tire, feeling stressed and anxious with my baby with me, and they were able to fit me in right away. The whole process was quick and easy, and they were so friendly and accommodating. They got me in and out quickly, didn't charge me for the repair, and made the situation so much less stressful. Their prices are always great, and because of their kindness and customer service, I honestly won't ever go anywhere else for my tire needs.
